Town are still looking to bounce back from their recent 3-2 defeat to Highworth Town after snowy conditions led to the postponement of last weekend’s trip to Bristol Manor Farm.
The visitors, however, ran out 2-0 victors against Slimbridge in their last fixture – keeping Evesham fourth in the league and eight points away from current table-toppers Blackfield & Langley.
But Blues boss Danny Robinson bolstered his attacking options on Friday after announcing that the club have signed forward Kyle Tooze from Mangotsfield United.
The Robins are looking to improve on their recent away form which has seen Paul Collicott’s side drop points against Yate Town and Mangotsfield in their last two fixtures on the road.
Town walked away 2-1 winners in the last meeting between the two sides back in October after two quick-fire goals from James Clark and Lewis Gabbidon sealed all three points for the Blues.
The Kingfishers sit 14th in the league standings; level with Larkhall Athletic and just four points adrift of the top ten.
If the Berkshire-based club can achieve a league double over their opponents this weekend, eyes will be on Larkhall’s game against Barnstaple, as well as Highworth, Bideford, and Street who have all amassed 37 points so far this campaign.
