Jamie Leacock has added 6ft 5inc goalkeeper George Legg to his new squad of players

George had taken a break from football but had previously been with professional football clubs Reading FC and Barnet FC.

Age: 24
Previous Clubs: Reading FC, Boreham Wood, Barnet, Hendon, Hungerford FC

Career Highlights: Being on the bench for Reading FC, and at the 2017 Play Off final (Reading V Huddersfield), George warmed up with the first team on the Wembley pitch prior to the game.

George had been away from football for a short while but when the manager Jamie Leacock heard that George was looking at coming back into football he got in contact with him and invited him down to the Stacatruc Stadium, George is another local player so he was fully aware of Thatcham Town FC and is excited to get the season underway, he wants to play every week so is looking to cement his place as the Kingfishers No.1 for the season.
